If you have money for everything then by all means build away but if you have to be judicious in your spending facilities are now way less important than people here feel they need to pretend that they are.

Think the argument would be building an OCS is fundamental in rebuilding/engaging the fanbase/community which is where the NIL funds will locally come from

I don’t work at USF, but I hope they are putting a lot of thought into athletics and future students. We can’t keep doing the same crap. We need to be playing chess while others are still playing checkers.

How many fans want to watch games like this one? How many fans want to watch teams worst than FAMU? That stadium can’t fix everything.

Except it’s an awful argument, people do not want to engage with this because of every other thing other than the stadium. Spend less money on solving the actual problems instead of spending more money on something that takes longer to hopefully one day in the far future return a small fraction of what was put into it that can then be finally used to solve the real problems.
