Appreciate! thank ALL FOR the well wishes All will try to follow better now. I had a stroke and was on ventilator for about a week Pyralisis on left side- reason my typing is bad. After a week they put in a traech and should be arranged to slowly change to normal  rehab is going great

Nice thing is that my physical therapist that helped me after the stroke will be the same person that comes by today for my hip. I have kept in touch with her and she joked that she may see me when I told her I fell 3-4 weeks ago.

Therapy afterwards was great!

Therapist came to my home for evaluation and expects me back on the quad-cane in a few weeks. The broken hip may not set me back as far as I feared, but won't be going to any football games this season 😢

That's great news, ET.  We fans who can't do the rigors of game day can still scream at the TV!  My wife goes out shopping or barricades in a room when I watch USF football.  I'm glad you have a therapist you trust and are comfortable with.

This morning I had an appointment with the surgeon… had X-Rays before.

Told the technician that this was the weirdest Tommy John underwear Photo Shoot I have ever done.

I have to take this shot everyday in the belly…prevent blood clots.

It’s long, but goes in easy … not much different than my insulin shot.

First time I ever gave a shot to anyone was that to my wife for 6 weeks after the accident. Practiced on an orange.
