Appreciate! thank ALL FOR the well wishes All will try to follow better now. I had a stroke and was on ventilator for about a week Pyralisis on left side- reason my typing is bad. After a week they put in a traech and should be arranged to slowly change to normal  rehab is going great

I keep working my quad muscles to help me have a march and help me walk more normally.

Also, still no movement in the arm and working the hand so it doesn’t freeze up.

Using my right arm to help move my left arm. Not much meat on the arm and getting more movement during exercises. Skinny arm, still use Chapstick as deodorant-LOL

 

And didn’t lose balance while “walking “ when I sneezed 🤧… had my wife there in case.

We had wheelchair seats for a number of yeas for 2 of our tickets. One regular seat and one spot for a wheelchair/scooter.

My wife and I laugh every day ... I could have been dead. Now we enjoy each day.

Who would've thought that at 57/58 year old, would look better as the year progressed 😁
