Appreciate! thank ALL FOR the well wishes All will try to follow better now. I had a stroke and was on ventilator for about a week Pyralisis on left side- reason my typing is bad. After a week they put in a traech and should be arranged to slowly change to normal  rehab is going great

Today I was able to put my “swim” shoes on before Aquatic Therapy and afterwards I could put on both of my socks.
An accomplishment nearing 1 year since my stroke.

Good job, ET!  It's coming together and it must feel great.  You are an Overcomer.

Like I taught my kids - "The is America.  Anyone can accomplish something.  You want to impress me?  Overcome and accomplish!"

So, they both went out and ruined their lives so that they had something to overcome.  I didn't explain it right. 😆 J/K

Any of us that have been through major illness/injuries recognize the work and focus that you are putting in.  Keep us in the loop.

Really appreciate the positive support. 

Yesterday met with another PT that gave me new exercise ideas.

Soon I expect to have a "ROCKY' Montage Video to post 😎
