Director of Athletics

The Director of Athletics reports directly to the Chancellor and serves as a member of the Chancellor's cabinet. The AD will direct and supervise the administration of the men's and women's athletics programs and provide direct oversight of all administrative, operational, business and compliance functions of the Department of Athletics in accordance with policies and procedures of East Carolina University, the University of North Carolina, Conference USA, and the rules and regulations of the NCAA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a long-range strategic plan for the program and communicating the plan effectively to all constituent groups.
