Gotchu fam. Some of the conversations around the financing of the OCS across all sites where it's being discussed is quite comical. 

However, what is probably more comical is the fact that I read the entire OCS section in that BOT presentation.

Which is why that satadium almost certainly wont get built until they have an invite. Their problem is that they wont likely get the invite without at least the steel structure up and in place.

USF has committed to going into debt $200 million for the project. But that amount is about what the land acquisition cost is for the project. In other words, the school will take on $200million in debt to purchase a $200million piece of property that they can then sell for $200million or more if they end up not building a stadium.

And I'm not sold on them actually doing it. Because the operating deficits are going to be enormous if they dont move to a power conference and overachieve on their projected revenue numbers.

My favorite part is that the idea of an on campus stadium is so foreign that he think we have to acquire the land. It's literally... on campus!
