Hard Rock in Miami has even more shade than this so its definitely possible. Shade in Florida will be more expensive than this Canadian stadium for that reason though no doubt

I think Hard Rock Stadium has too much shade. It might as well be a dome lol

Hopefully they renovate Doak as that place seemed like a POS when we beat them years ago. Same with the Swamp. They may need to tear it down and rebuild due to that terrible structure

$138MM total, $116MM in private debt. 

Also that CFL stadium is really nice. Limited expansion capability but looks like it would check all of the boxes for us otherwise. May be in the minority here but I'd rather have expansion capabilities towards 50-60k than nice, permanent shade. If we go with shade at 35k, I hope it wont be too expensive to adjust it when we expand.

The original upgrade at the Doak basically put new skin on an old skeleton.  The new project in the works adds all the fancy bells and whistles that today's spoiled fans insist upon.

This is all funny because I would be happy with a Doak.  But new bells and whistles yada yada.

When I went there, Doak Campbell was known as the "Erector Set."    Of course, the Noles were pretty much winning all the time, so no one really cared.
