I believe that one was a concept from someone just having fun a few years ago.

Now that things are set in motion with the stadium, I believe the urgency from one of the P5 to acquire USF will increase (they will not want to risk losing this market). They know that the winning will come eventually. It is likely that market potential will supersede on field performance.

Looking at the unofficial renderings, I definitely hope that the input from everybody included the stressing of having as much shade as financially feasible. It's going to be difficult enough with the current STM's that will be economically shut out of the similar to RayJay Club areas but it would be nice to have non-Club shaded areas as a lower priced consolation ....
