I can't remember how all the financing was laid out and don't know how all this stuff works. But if the Foundation is kicking in money, which I believe it is, one could argue that the money going to Athletics could be used for another area. If the Foundation has money set aside for an OCS then I'm wrong.

Expected. Does not matter what the project is, where it is located, who benefits, what the cost is, there will always be people who question it. That's a virtue in this country. In our case, academics questioning athletics is expected - happens across the country. No bad blood with that rep!

If the BOT just signed off on 340 million they have seen what its going to look like. I'm guessing tweaks must still be getting ironed out before they show it off

I believe that it still needs to be approved by the Board of Governors on 6/22 before things are official.  That meeting will be held at USF.
