They've said all along that the plan was for an initial crowd size of 35K with the ability to expand at a later date

I get the expandable plan....but if you find out (or already know) now that we are jumping, is it more feasible to adjust now than wait until after phase 1?  I would think so.

Exactly. Hoping that date is sooner, rather than later, but they know where they will expand the stadium.

The right move is to wait and let demand drive the expansion. I think 35K would have been sufficient for conf games the first two years of our last conference step up.

That sounds like a good idea and then hopefully we don't SMU ourselves and go ahead and let revenue pay for any upgrades.

So what we are hearing is that the OCS renderings will be revealed after the first quarter during FAU vs USF game.
