haha.  On the flipside, if you order them nowadays like normal in the before times, your opening game is September 2027.

Typically, you can come under contract/pricing now, but also provide for specified contract delivery dates. This gives the vendor assurance of the sale and time to manufacture by the specified dates.

Luckily they hired the best in the world in designing stadiums, because if their is some type of shade structure, that would in my mind take away any expansion as a second level.

I'm sure a structural engineer and/or architect can figure out how to both provide for shade but also leave open the possibility of expansion. While aesthetics are important, these functional/practical concerns are equally important, if not more so.

Just get a seat in front of a well-equipped model of these and you'll be fine.

What’s the difference between USF’s opening date and the Ray’s opening date? I’m pretty sure we’ll be done when they start.

Aren't the Rays just turning a circle into a square?  Seems like cutting corners.  They should need less.

(prepared for Trip's condemnation)

Rays seeking to be open for 2028 season and Bulls in 2026.  We'll see if either can make the target or if there is any overlap in the builds.

Rays majority owner on their Ray's broadcast said their build timeframe is 39 months.

We are shooting for August(or couple months earlier) 2026.

They are looking at Spring (April) 2028......18 months after our opening date.

Difference between August 2026 and February 2028 is only 16 months.

I really haven't paid any attention to what they're actually planning over there as I'm still in mourning for them not acquiescing to my wishes .........
