Does it go to the full board today, or is that yet another meeting?

Also of note, WW said he expects the ultimate loan rate to be lower than what was indicated in the proposal, based on his discussions with the lender.

Passed without opposition through the committee. Now just needs approval by the BOG at-large. Seems like a formality at this point.
