We are now far from the thread topic, but I will add one more fact.  The last sale was conducted in February of this year, and later this year and into 2024 the reserves are beginning to be replenished.

Mr. Prichard and Weatherford absolutely selling this project. Weatherford also made sure to note we can refinance the loan when interest rates improve
