Ironically Charlie Strong coached them out of the AAC with his 12-1 season. It also could have been his sugar bowl win and 11-2 season the year before as well.

If you guys give Willy credit for Flowers then Strong deserves credit for Bridgewater. One coach has a winning record and  ny6 bowl win. One coach has zero ny6 wins, zero bowl wins, and a losing career record.

Fair point. Aside from UCF, guessing it was BYU last season that probably had the biggest draw.

You’ve got it backwards. Flowers made WiilyT same as Bridgewater made Strong. IMO neither one gets a new gig without the QB
