True but you are forgetting ESG scores, ESG investing and how that actually controls major corporations now.  The seeds get planted with good intentions, and then and up in a state where half the customer base is being scolded and forced to start developing their own side economy.  It's all very stupid and we created a dumb metalayer on top of everything.  The customer is no longer king.  See big brained stakeholder capitalism ideas yada yada. Looking at Google Maps.  San Antonio has a Publix?  I grew up in a very old neighborhood across from where Ralph's is, I think it was called Rosewood.  Except when I lived there, there were about 4-6 houses on that road

Yes, there is a Publix there now and that is where SR 52 has been re-routed.
