Seems like this is another one of those subjective things that means different things to different people .... which I assume means that "well see" means you have some more stuff you're looking, or not looking for, going forward?

That's fantastic. We just hired a guy to be anywhere from 100% to 400% better than the last guy. Either way, we're crushing it! Tell me another school who's getting that kind of ROI.
