At this point just go to a local high school by USF and hire the coach from there. 
 

just about every school that fired their coach already hired someone. We’re just sitting around, the AD needs to go he is a clown.

FAU and Miami are definitely having success but it's got nothing to do with great Florida basketball players. UM only has one player from a Florida high school (averages 3.5 pts/12 min per game). FAU does have 5 but the best is their 5th ranked scorer at 8.5/gm. USF's hoops woes don't originate from where the players come from ....

I think I counted 44 openings and 28 filled a few days ago.  There are schools who's coaches jumped to other jobs that have filled their openings already.  Kelly should have pretty much known CBG was going to be fired by the 2nd week of conference play at the latest and known who we were targeting.  Instead we get this nonsense .... again

The issue is above them.

When pro teams are perennial losers across multiple coaches and GMs the ownership is the problem. The same thing is happening here.
