Capko is just not ready for USF job. If he had not played at USF, no one would mention him.

I would never call Capko unqualified to be a HC. Being HC at a smaller team, not one who has power 5 ambitions, should be the next step in his career. 

But its not; is the person qualified, but  is this person the most qualified. And the best way to asses that is resume and body of work.

Right now I can think of dozens of people that I would consider more qualified.
