I was pretty hard on Michael Williams II for his lack conditioning this past year.  So its right that I give the man his props for his improvements.

Based on the works out posted this trainer seems to be using test and proven strength training techniques to improve strength, power, and explosiveness a lot more. Behold the power of chains and gains.

The  boys on the left have the quadzilla look. You can tell they have been putting in the work  in the gym and training program. The new trainer seems to be adding more size and mass than the past on the boys.

I heard we used to do these in the Ying Center. Now we're doing it in the IPF. The IPF continues to pay dividends for the identity of the football team. Tremendous. 

The team seems like they are gelling and enjoying themselves. 

Size has improved, there are some numbers earlier in this thread. 

George C our S&C coach looks like a man that doesn't mess around. 

Excited to shock the world this year.
