His vibe is probably the closest to Jim Levitt in terms of toughness, energy and grinding. I think we finally have the right coach.

toughness,energy and grinding without talent and physical gifts doesnt go far in football

I peeped at the roster and it looks like they are focusing on size this offseason. The 2 grey-shirt freshmen are well over 300 Ibs now. Our offensive line is HUGE. Only like 2 or 3 of them weighs under 300 Ibs.
