Looking back, I didn't realize how unqualified CJS was. I think I was just so ready for something new, I overlook his lack of qualifications. I like Golesh b/c he has been at a handful of places and positions.

With his resume I would hope to see improvement in the use of TE's at USF. Of course the other five guys have to be able to allow that to happen.

Yeah Scott never even called plays or designed an offensive  scheme. He just was a glorified wr coach.  Hopefully  Golesh's experiences  and grinding his way up pay off.

I'm hoping that brings the difference in results. CJS knew one way: the Clemson way. His jobs were coach up receivers and recruit blue chip recruits to a dominant program. Goach has put in work at multiple stops and been a part of multiple program-building regimes. Hopefully the variety of schools brings a different understanding of what's needed to get this ship righted
