BTW, made first trip to the campus area in a while this past weekend.  Looks like some positive development making progress in the adjacent Fowler Avenue area, e.g., Yuengling Land, The Metropolitan at Tampa and some (apparently?) actual work at University Mall.  Maybe with a little forethought in linking the campus plan to the surrounding community USF can tap into the synergy that will finally elevate this area out of the doldrums that it has experienced for about a half century.  One can dream anyway.

You make it to the IPF? Recommend seeing it...fun to stand next to it and look toward where the stadium will be and take that mental picture

It's a great idea.  This whole area could become a party zone all day.

But, the past decade of conference realignment has shown that schools who move win AND have an OCS (or similar).
