I am surprised that the picture in the background or the details haven't been leaked. That's almost a month ago now.

It may have been a rendering just to showcase a couple details of the stadium, but there are still more details to hash out. And until they have the whole thing planned and an entire tour worth of renderings we won't see anything

I remember the initial rendering of the IPF (with the Football Operations Building included) and I don't mind waiting a little longer to see something better, especially when it concerns the centerpiece of Athletics.

John there is no place for logic in this argument - I am emotionally compromised.  Speaking of the FOB, is that anticipated to be on the north side of the IPF? Cannot remember ever seeing renderings with the FOB included, were those ever released publicly? 

EDIT: Nevermind, found it. I do remember this.

The FOB was in the initial rendering back in 2017, but obviously was taken off when the IPF location changed.

Yes, the FOB will be North of the IPF and will be part of the Stadium when it is built.

That stood out to me when watching the old video. Why did we change the IPF from next to/North of LRSC to adjacent to Sycamore? To accommodate OCS and other development north of LRSC?

We changed our thinking because we really wanted to get something going and show tangible progress and commitment. Coach Scott has a good deal of say in this and obviously Michael Kelly and Jay Stroman were on board with this.

The irony of all of this is that we are going to be very fortunate with how the IPF and Stadium will lay out on the campus. It will be a much better setup than what it would have been if the IPF stayed in the original location.

Nice, good to hear. I cannot wait until 2026. Opening up a new OCS with a quality football team - sorta feels like Christmas Eve and can we all go to bed now? The next few years will be pivotal as well, cheers to the ride.
