Okay I actually thought there was a secret stadium meeting in LA or something.

There's not much from Populous that looks like college football to me. Just a bunch of NFL looking stadiums and a couple remodels on existing stadiums, like Kyle Field.

We need something like Duke:

I am also nostalgic for these kinds of things but I imagine a lot of our people will want new fangled thingies.

More examples of Populous designs. none of these scream college football to me. to be fair, i much preferred their soccer stadium designs to their NFL ones.

I'll be happy with anything, but a big rectangle box thing is hopefully not the one we are going with.

I want something like McLane Stadium at Baylor.  I believe Populous designed it.  Look it up.  I drive past it in Waco all the time and it is awesome looking.  Seats 45K.  Has shade overhangs.

I believe this is something like we would consider, although on a slightly smaller scale.

I agree. I'm just saying that based on Populous' track record, the design is probably going to suck as far as creating a college football atmosphere. So, just be ready for that lol.

If they gave us anything like McLane, we would be lucky.
