Winning will definitely help too. Hopefully the new coaching staff starts winning if not then the new facilities won’t be able to overcome losing

While true we have seen that winning will not overcome poor of facilities. Otherwise, as we have seen, the life if the program is entirely dependent on flashes of talent on the field or sidelines. Facilities and donor bases don't guarantee wins but they certainly can help raise the floor. 

We need both on and off field things to go right. We have the off part IMO lately.

We have been doing the opposite of what we need to do on the field for too long. Time to win and let everything else fall into place.

Yes the indoor facility will help with recruiting. Another way it will be beneficial to us is in Summer practice on rainy days when you don't have to worry about the weather, and you can just move practice inside.  I haven't lived in Tampa for a long time, but I remember it was almost clockwork at 4 pm during Summer when it would start raining for an hour.
