Must be why we're always scoring such high level recruits over the cold weather schools.

I don't think the previous coaches emphasized the beaches enough. But now that the playoffs have  spot for 1-2 G6 teams, the beaches become a bigger selling point.

I had always wished that USF was a little closer to the nice beaches of the area. With traffic, it can be quite the drive from campus to get to select beaches. It would have been nice if USF were located on the St Pete Peninsula, closer to the beaches.

You think they'd be willing to pick the whole place up and move it? And also rename St Petersburg to Tampa?

I took many road trips in college and only wished we were closer to the beach. Gainesville was a 3.5 hour drive to any beach. I definitely would have gone to the beach more if it was an hour or less away.  I moved to GA from Miami about 12 years ago. I MISS the beach. I regret taking it for granted growing up in Florida. Cold Weather sucks a$$. I've live in both environments. If a coach can't successfully use "beautiful beaches and warm weather" as a freakin selling point then we are in trouble in terms of recruiting period. I think FAU is brilliant for using "winning in paradise" as their motto.

Pac 12 money and opportunities  for exposure is much higher than aac though. Either way hope he becomes a bull.

Also Utah is pretty awesome from a nature perspective.  Washington is very nice if you can dodge the molotov cocktails.

I'm not saying those aren't beautiful places. It's all about the weather. I HATE cold weather.
