Yeah, that wasn't the premise.  It was more that he was not being guided by stars as a worthy measure of talent. 

Coach Go seemed to decide for himself, not a rating service.  Star services can be used by some to generally categorize players based on highlight tapes, yes.

I happened to review the list of ESPN top 300 recruits/commits a bit ago and wasn’t surprised to see that USF had none. I was annoyed to see that UCF had 2 of the top 300 recruits committed and further annoyed to see that it was a DT and DE from…drumroll…Seminole and St Petersburg.

We will bounce back and surpass if we want to.  The ceiling is higher here.

I see On3 has us in the lead to get this 330Ib DT. With a bench press of 365 and squat of 500Ibs, he definitely has the strength to play right away.
