I am not 100 percent on this, I am going off memory and don't have time to look up right now, but I do know for a fact there are transfer windows when you are allowed to enter the portal. 

This sounds right. 

 

I'd add that you also don't wanna blow your first transfer just a few days after you sign a binding NLI. Players that aren't 100% sure are better off waiting for the Feb date. But only if they're sure that there's still a spot for them at the schools they're considering. Otherwise they end up with like their 4th choice because they waited too long.

The 247 rankings for whatever reason don’t include our 2 4 star transfers or 3 star transfer. They don’t. It says we have 10 3 stars and no 4 stars and we actually have 11 3 stars and 2 4 stars. I don’t know why their not included yet but if they were our ranking would be way way higher.

see here  it says we have 10 3 star and 0 4 star  we actually have 11 3 star and 2 4 star the transfers are not yet included in our overall rankings and we have some good ones

I believe Will said he is working with the 247 staff to figure out why they're not being factored into the class rating.

Should be coming back around 2026 with the OCS. It is setting up to be a real hot dog environment
