Yeah man, the 4 and 5 star recruits that will be flooding that school will be a death sentence for Colorado Football.

The past has great value to many.  Nothing wrong with that.  We used to try and learn from the past before it became easier to deface and denounce it.

This Deion thread came after the Deion-titled thread was moved to another board.  The OP wanted to state we perhaps were better off not having Deion.  That's not a banned conversation.  We may well be.  But then, we may well not be.

I'm glad we don't have Deion, but I am not looking back at it, it's a current feeling.

I don't think anybody is trying to learn from the past here. But if we want to entertain this thread, Deon has over 200 recruits begging to be a part of his team, we don't. What bullet did we dodge besides a possible QB controversy? This thread was made out of bitterness. Nothing to learn from.

As someone who wanted Deion I'll admit when I saw his price tag I felt like we dodged a bullet. 30 million dollars and enough pull to change school transfer requirements (watch out APR) for a coach that has 0 FBS wins. And had a team with more 4/5 star recruits than our entire conference last year and still had 4 FCS games that we're within 1 score in the fourth quarter.

DS was an arrogant ***** back during his playing days. Homeboy was too busy he said to sign a few autographs. I will never forget that day lol. Good riddance to aholes.

Prime time was a character he created. Hell, Deon doesn't even drink, smoke weed, do drugs and is quite religious. Nothing wrong with being confident....some people are offended by other people's confidence...that is not his problem but yours. As for being too busy to sign autographs, maybe he was too busy or not in the mood at that time. You don't know that man personally (neither do i), so if you want to hate a "stranger" then go ahead. In the end, hundreds of kids are reaching out to him to be a part of his team....that is not happening to us. It seems as if we are always so bitter when we get turned down or a player/coach leaves us. It kind of makes us seem like we are fairweather fans.
