I never hate on a guy getting 5 million per year when we are not offering that. People hate Tags for that but he set his family and himself up for life. He failed at coaching since then but the money is there. Money makes life a lot easier.

Of course.  Really just meant that if I was ranking them and I put Chadwell say 3 and Golesh 6 or 7 lets say.  It really wouldn't have been that much difference.  The HC experience would probably be the only real reason I'd rank him hire at all.

There’s two paths big time, young coaches go - big time OC or lower level HC. You can find successful HCs with both. Until someone shows me there’s a higher hit rate from hiring HCs from the Sun Belt versus hiring coordinators, we’re just speaking in generalities.

All the more reason to have someone with experience brought in to help this guy become a HC.  Kelly can't do it.  Hire him someone to help him.   Let's roll as FEW dice as possible this time around!
