I honestly think any hold up that may be occurring just has to do with the finalized design of Deion's golf cart (i.e. # of cupholders, air conditioned reclining seats, built in chocolate chip cookie dispenser, etc...the usual stuff)

That USF Athletics tweet was the worst thing they could do at this time. It's been 4 hours since then 😂😂😂

If you want a Primetime announcement, I think that won't come until sometime after the conclusion of Jackson State's game on Sat, Dec 3rd, Sunday the 4th or Monday the 5th might be announcement day, if it is Deion. If it's not Deion, ignore everything I said, but also a Primetime announcement is irrelevant.
