I like that idea more. Leavitt, Tricket OC, and bring in a DC that could recruit and listen to LEavitt.

Depends....less responsibility just has to deal with what he loves the most the defense.  Not all the other work that goes into being a HC of program. With a family and his age maybe.

Sanders should bring in big time talent this defense be a top 25 one pretty quick with xCJL being the DC.
