Could be. Also this can work both ways and help more candidates to come out of the woodwork trying to win the USF job. Which by the way will have one of the easier paths to the 12 team playoffs in 2024.

Not coming yet. Deion is smart enough to wait for a counter offer from USF or others. However I won’t be shocked to see a lot of great candidates come out of the shadows in the next few days. USF is in Tampa Bay after all which is a paradise.
