Like many of you, I have a hard time believing USF could actually land Deion. Not try to land him, mind you - I believe they are indeed trying - but actually pull it off. It would be quite the coup by VPMK and the university.

Journosnobs and prognosticators everywhere, who want to limit USF, would shake their heads in disbelief. It would be beautiful, even if it only lasts a couple of years. Reminiscent of Tom Brady coming to the Bucs.

I tend to be someone who looks at pros and cons of situations.  And it seems to be the pros and cons for Deion Sanders are stronger than with any other potential coach  (except for Gruden who would come with stronger negatives).  So I would be quite happy if this happens, but I would absolutely not be unhappy if it didn't happen.

Who scored 70 points against PT’s defense?? Pretty good though. Just not sure who the competition was against

Less than a touchdown a game is pretty impressive no matter the competition but having said that, on paper, Deion's teams have definitely out talented the others and you don't know how/if that will transfer here if it happens. How important the was the HBCU factor combined with the Prime Time factor up there ...... Hope we get a chance to find out.
