Chuck Strong 16-21 at Texas.

Chuck only recruited FL because of the one dude from Miami who feathered the line on recruiting. I'm sure someone knows the name?

Herman can hire guys for FL and it would be nice to get into Texas, so we start pulling guys from that state.

Herman would be in & out ASAP. If he wins right away he will be gone after next season to bigger opportunities. Not saying Sanders wouldn’t do the same thing but at least he has Florida connections and will sell more tickets.

And? So would basically every other coach.

This was a destination job for only one person and he got fired. We are a stepping stone through and through unless we become the next TCU or UCF.

What coach ? Jeff Scott or Leavitt. The father of USF football is still available. I’m pretty sure he can find an apprentice before he retires off into the sunset after he brings USF back to a top 25 program with 50k attendance. Herman I don’t think many in Tampa knows who that is and he will probably struggle with Florida recruiting

And wasn’t that back in 2012 when that academy happened? It is not nearly as bad as what is going on at FTX. Hopefully Colorado shys away while USF makes a bold move and hires Sanders. I’m a perfectly imperfect Christian so I can forgive. Go Bulls!

Ok I may have missed this Deion to USF connection. With Derrick Brooks daughter being a member of the USF volleyball team I am hoping Mr Derrick Brooks gives his fellow FSU alum a call to sell Prime Time on becoming the USF head coach.

Yeah, the guy who was privately committed to Jim Leavitt at USF before it was all ruined... Strong hadn't convinced him to go to rhe Ville until a while after Leavitt was fired.
