I'm less concerned at whether he called plays as I am concerned at whether he knows how to lead and how to organize a program.  Pretty sure every head coach had to have a first gig

I'm not disappointed in drawing the short straw on Sanders. Too much BS involved and I feel like he would have been working on his way out as soon as he got here.
