Most concerning is we may not know what USF conceded (if in fact they did) until @puc86 gets the secret second contract.  That may not be until years after DS dumps us in 23 or 24.

I have not slept or ate in almost a month as i tirelessly search the depths of the internet and wonder the parking lot of the LRS building in search of contract truthers willing to bring the sunshine to an otherwise cold dark underworld of secondary contracts
