Jamey is a big fan of marching bands that have leaders who take pride in putting their kids in the best position possible. Similarly, Jamey prefers cheerleading coaches who pick 10's. Seems like Deion would want the same thing?

So Jamey is at 99% while Deion is at 90%...we're getting closer.

It's not quite 99%...more like 98% because there are some sticking points with requiring the band to actually wear their uniforms all game, 10s for cheerleaders, and bobbleheads that actually look like the players. Judy is apparently not bending.
