You sense urgency definitely more from Golesh and I like that.

CJS inherited a 3 FBS win team .... Golesh a 0 FBS win team .... Both should have a had a sense of urgency but one has a REAL sense of urgency.

I believe Scott came in with the belief that this was a long term rebuild. Perception is reality.

That gives you the mindset that you shouldn't expect to win early on.

Then he had covid and then this year he talked about injuries holding us back and that was in like week 3.

we had way too much talent on this roster to not get a single FBS win. Even last year he would find a way to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Scott seemed to panic when the game was on the line.

Good coaches will find a way to win.

Other coaches inherited bad teams and won during this their year during covid. Scott had no clue how to run a program  or win. The guy Is the worst fbs coach over the last 3 years possibly of all time and people still making nonsense excuses to defend his failures.  The team got a lot worse in 3 Years under Scott.  He made us a national doormat of fbs football. He got paid millions to take 3 win fbs team in the Strong was fired and ran it into a one fbs win ta on 3 seasons.  The sooner we admit Scott was the problem and stop making excuses for losing the better.   The program's  best move is to be the complete opposite of Jeff Scott in every aspect of coaching.

CAG definitely has the urgency to win and win now. He is bringing the energy and enthusiasm that we wanted, he's just packaged different. I can honestly say I was not on board at first, but I have done a complete 180. Still cautiously-optimistic and want to see on-field results, but CAG seems to have a well thought-out plan and I think we're lucky to have him.

He was a loser coach from the jump. He coached us out of wins.

CJS also inherited a team right before the pandemic happened. I knew right away that it would be very difficult for him to start his head coaching career off like that. Only playing 8 games with most of the players missing time due to covid protocols.

JS is clearly not HC material. I don't think anywhere at any level.

Is CAG trying to recruit some of our players that entered the portal back to USF.
