Funny you ask.  I was wondering the same.  They are leaving the program and USF probably makes the graphics for them, continues to clothe and feed them, tutor them, ensure good grades.  Provide transportation, etc...  Let's make sure they get NIL too!

In recruiting, I know there’s young graphic designers that constantly promote their services for recruiting announcements. I’m sure the same happens in transferring.

As a university, you can't give Scott a long leash, but expect players to stay when he ran it into the ground.  The players shouldn't have to waste their collegiate career on a losing team just because they fell for Scott's song and dance and we shouldn't expect them to stay just because we are fans.  I don't blame them for getting off a sinking ship.  I assume Deion is out of the picture now so no great transfers or recruits in the off-season.

these kids have busted their asses year round and have experienced 1 FBS win in the last 3 years.  They want to win and it aint happening here.  Can't say I blame them.

I would hope once they enter the portal, we're not paying for their housing, meals, expenses, etc. Even tuition should be off the table. They're basically waiving their scholarship at that point. Am I off base here?
