Taggart was lucky to have QF, Mack, and some others.. I doubt he will be successful at USF again with our preeminent academic.. He left when we became emerging preeminent academic I think..

Again, we still have hard time to recruit the talent players in this G5 level..

Taggart actually recruited those players. He also recruited two current NFL QBs to USF and recruited FSUs current starting QB

He was a great recruiter. His coaching was suspect. Remember he ran a pro style offense for a while here until Q was finally unleashed.

honestly his coaching was good enough to get us to 11-2 and ranked inside the top 20.
