This is true, though it is slow to develop after a few bad seasons.

But it could be seen when QF was leading the team. By his senior year, we had almost 44K fans attend the Cincy game in 2017 for homecoming. Today that seems like a pipe dream in terms of USF attendance.

How did the last offensive coach work out for us? On snap that is right we were losing games 30-50. No thanks! Been there done that.
