Since the Louisville game, I was not excited and expected a Head Coaching change by the end of the season. 

I am now excited and hopeful for a winning program going forward.

SMU put 77 on Houston last week, so I'm not super thrilled about Saturday.

With the fabled "dead cat bounce" effect, I don't think it's entirely out of the question that we could hold them to 56.

You must know something. Hopefully it is a home run hire. We shall see. I am looking forward to the next three games. Sure I won’t be surprised if we see Gruden & Leavitt watching the games at RJS. This reminds me of when we saw Rick Pitino at SunDome watching USF mens hoops. It is what legends do. Go Bulls!

I'm excited because I think even a conservative hire like Willie Simmons would immediately mean 5+ wins next year and god I miss winning

Hopefully the interim coach does well and then we can look at making him head coach

I am at the point where there will be no excitement until there are results on the field. Too much wasted energy on non results to be let down over and over.

E.T that is what you and I have in common the most. Excitement about the unknown. Whether it's a player or coach, I am always excited about the "new" possibilities. My favorite candidate right now is Willie Simmons.
