imo, free throw shooting is all on the players. If I recall correctly, the Muma is open 24/7 to them. They've got enough to work on in practice than to spend too much time on something that requires 0 teamwork.

I would imagine some of them need to be taught how to shoot free throws.  There are so many flaws in today's players it makes standing at the line, unguarded, a tall task for some.

It's been a pattern.  Players change, poor free throw shooting doesn't.  Might want to spend a few minutes at practice on half court offense while they are at it

Coaches change here, poor free throw shooting doesn’t.

And is there anything other than a half court offense? Is there a full court offense that should be addressed also?

I would imagine any glaring flaws are addressed in practice but still up to the players to hone them.
And I think a lot of it is between the ears. Tchewa did great in the UT exhibition game but has sucked these last two. Maybe we need to bring out Coach Dale with the tape measure.

Could be worse. We could be Louisville.

CAn we expect a coaching change here? I don't follow basketball but it seems it is getting worse and worse.  Having a decent bball and football team would help us immensely for power 5 invites/realignments.

With the climate going on in NCAA athletics, you’re either moving forward at a hard pace or you’re not. I think what intrigued me the most is they’re very determined to become a big player nationally.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
