Wait so people are 'easily offended' but you just created a reason a man would not get hired and then got mad about the made up thing you created? Willie Simmons has had 2 head coaching jobs in 10 years so that idea is not correct.

He should only be included if all of the other remotely possible candidates die.

FWIW someone just tweeted this at me regarding Simmon's arrest. Now I'm one to be critical of just random information without a reliable source, but if it's true - not saying it is - then maybe Willie won't be out of the picture just yet.

I guess if the thought is they aren’t going to hire someone because of a couple emails then they aren’t going to hire a guy who allegedly choked a women.  Those 2 head coaching jobs are FCS lower profile so not sure apples and oranges.  However I don’t much about the guy or the incident so I will refrain from further opining on this guy and go back into my safe space.

I am in agreement, all accounts is the guy is a lush and ran a 1/2 ass program in Nebraska, we are done with retreads after our Charlie experiment.
