Good in college -> fail in NFL -> back to college typically has a pretty high hit rate. His year 1's at Temple and Baylor had 3 combined wins, in both cases he was in the conference championship game year 3.

Whoever we get needs to have an attitude or the ability to instill an attitude. I want more aggression. More people playing like they are pissed off. The old “swarm and punish” days of early USF football teams.

Now we are talking.  He might find that he will be much happier in college that pro and can make a home at USF for a long while. 

 

How about Coach Frost to piss the Orlando people off.   He might be starving for redemption.

Guy had back-to-back 10 win seasons at Temple? That's impressive. But does he have recruiting connections in Florida?

We are the new Temple now so that might be a good fit.

Matt Rule would be a great hire but I think he'll end up at a P5 program.  Turned around Temple and Baylor in a few years.
