Not sure why Willie Simmons is considered a better hire than Gruden.  But Gruden coming here sounds crazy

Did Gruden know he was interviewing for USF not the Buccaneers if this way true? He already tried his second stint with the Raiders... If this is true i have no idea how to feel about this. John knows offense. I don't know how good he is at recruiting or coaching young kids up. Is his brother Jay coming to run the offense? That would be a plus. Jay was a great coordinator but not a good HC. I will believe the next coach is hired when I see it from espn or USF Athletics. I am sure espn will have it first.
