If we can't afford to can a loser coach, we might want to table those OCS plans for a while. No sense in building one if we're content to consistently field one of the worst teams in the nation.

Reminds when the Texas Longhorn fan told us when we were going through the CCS years. The fan said It will eventually pass but never told us when. Looking at Texas situation I believe it took two head coaching changes to finally get back on the right path

falling out of the power conference was devastating

one non power 5 team might make the playoff every year
