I think that Hall & Ponton are the better backs and they've been getting the reps lately because of competition. We'll be glad Ponton got those carries instead of sharing them with Simpson. Both of them will get plenty of reps in 2006 and the better will get more.

The sole problem is that I wasn't belittling you, I was belittling the premise that CJL "sacrificed" last season.  If you cannot deal with someone disputing something you posted, then don't post it.  You can go off on any tangent you want, but who are you to tell me that I cannot question a blatant statement that I find to be controversial?

The personal attacks on this thread were started by you, not me.  You attacked me in your first response to my posts.  Don't like it in return?  Don't dish it out.  I don't understand people like you.  You post about how this should be a place for everybody, but then don't want anyone here that disagrees with you.  That's called hypocrisy.

You can post anything you want. My point is that that the "eye rolling" attitude towards new guys is gonna drive people away.  

I'm sorry I reacted so emotionally, but I think the reason I did is because I feel this is really a much larger problem that involves the whole board.

A really good example is when new posters come on and ask about an on campus stadium. They normally get BERATED for such a simple question.  I know...because I asked once too.  Should they have searched for prior posts on this topic? Yes. (I wasnt aware of the search feature when I first posted)  But, even if they didn't search, is that worth driving away a potential lifelong member of the board?

To everyone else... thank-you for being kind and welcoming to me in my short time here.  I'm very happy and feel truly lucky to be a USF fan.  This is a great board, with the exception of a few bad eggs.  For now, I hope to find a home where there is not so much "friendly fire".  Perhaps I'll run into some of you in the future!

E.T. thanks for the stats.  The lack of Bulls football on TV  is killing me.  And I had to work this past week.   :-/  But I'll be there on December 3, and handing out resumes on December 5.
