No where did I mention i wanted him to fail. I want the team to succeed and score 35 points per game. CJS has set the bar so law , it really can only get better.

1 FBS win and zero road wins in two seasons is inexcusable.  I hope he is the guy but two years of getting embarrassed on the scoreboard and costing us games that were winnable does not reward an extension. AT the end of the day what is done is done and this guy is our coach. Lets hope he succeeds and turns this "coach talk of building a winning culture" into reality.

Yes it is sad and that is all we can  evaluate CJS on.  A terrible year one and two. There is nothing to show he is going to turn this around and gets rewarded three more years. Please prove me wrong CJS but we SUCK until we don't suck  during Scott's tenure. I don't get how everyone is praising this guy after his year 1 and year 2 performance.  He cost us games.

Just watched his game plan video. Some take aways; 1- He watches every game of the opponent. 2- Do only what your guys can do.(Maybe some of our execution problems are simply not having the personnel to do it. 3- He cusses a lot. 4- Seems very detail oriented. 5- Game plans based on the tendencies of the defense. 6- Get the ball to the play makers.

Maybe he can light a fire in this offense . The passing game, red zone offense, game planning, and, game management were terrible for the first two years.

I would trust Varnadoe , the guy that writes for about football living, is knowledgeable, a former college coach, and gets things right a lot USF than anyone else.
